Shipping to Austria and Germany
All our packages are delivered by our logistics partners (DHL, Hermes, Logex, Austrian Post, or GLS). Once handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your shipment.
Important! We do not ship to parcel stations!

Express shipping
Express delivery is handled by EMS and Logex in Austria, and by DHL and Logex in Germany. Orders must be received before 12 noon so our express service provider can deliver the goods to you the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays will be delivered the following Tuesday at the earliest.

Shipping abroad
We currently only ship to countries within the European Union. A shipping fee of €35 applies. Delivery times vary depending on the country and range from 1 to 2 weeks. We do not currently offer express delivery to other EU countries.
For orders outside Germany and Austria, any fees, customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.
